Sal focuses his practice on representing small to mid-sized companies with an array of legal issues including formation, analysis of systems and procedures and collaboration with business clients to address compliance issues, asset purchases, stock purchases, eminent domain proceedings, contract review, collection issues, corporate litigation, liquor licensing, and dissolution. He also practices Real Estate Law, which includes representing developers and property owners before various Zoning Hearing Boards, Borough Councils and Planning Commissions. Sal also has experience defending insured and self-insured entities in Workers’ Compensation matters.

Sal was raised and currently resides with his wife and children in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. He has also spent many summers in Calabria, Italy, where his parents were born and where he still has many family members residing. He is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish. He attended High School at Wyomissing Area High School. He excelled at Track & Field and continued sprinting at Gettysburg College where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Political Science. Sal attended Law School at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Sal is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is involved with the Berks County Bar Association, specifically the Young Lawyers Division, Endlich Law Club, and the Solo and Small Practice Section.

Drew Schwartz is a partner with Brennan & Folino, joining the firm in September of 2013. Prior to joining Brennan & Folino, Drew practiced Family Law at a local law firm in Berks County. His practice currently focuses on all areas of Workers’ Compensation Defense. He also continues to practice Family Law, including divorce, child support, spousal support, custody, and protection from abuse matters. Drew is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Berks County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Drew was born in Massachusetts but moved to Berks County when he was just five years old. He graduated from Wyomissing Area High School in 2001. After high school, Drew attended Gettysburg College, majoring in philosophy. He interned at the Adams County Public Defender’s Office before graduating from Gettysburg in 2005. After college, Drew spent a year both substitute teaching at Berks County schools and interning at the Berks County District Attorney’s Office. Drew received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Drew lives in Wyomissing with his Wife, Rachael, their son, Greyson, and their dog Murphy. He is an avid Boston sports fan. He is also an avid high school and collegiate wrestling fan.  He is passionate about food and cooking. Darian Dellinger is an associate with Brennan & Folino, joining the firm in August of 2021. Prior to joining Brennan & Folino, Darian graduated from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. She focuses her practice on Family Law, Workers’ Compensation Defense, and General Liability Defense. Darian is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She also is a member of the Berks and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Originally born in Berks County, Darian moved to the Poconos in high school, where she graduated from Crestwood High School in 2015. Following high school, Darian graduated from Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018. Christina Bray is an associate with Brennan & Folino, joining the firm in 2022. Christina has over 25 years of experience practicing law. Her legal career has spanned numerous areas including business law, estate planning, and probate and estate administration. Additionally, Christina has taught paralegal classes in a wide range of subjects including Business Law and Corporations and Partnerships.

Originally from Oklahoma, Christina moved to Pennsylvania in 1998. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she also attended the Oxford Summer Program at The Queens College, Oxford University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to her legal education, she is also a trained mediator through the Lancaster Mediation Center.

Christina’s current practice focuses primarily on business law and estate planning. She assists new and existing businesses in determining the appropriate entity structure, forming entities, preparing the appropriate contracts and documentation, and drafting all forms of business agreements. She also represents buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions. Her estate planning practice encompasses the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Advance Health Care Directives, and Health Care Powers of Attorney.

In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, and doing genealogical research.

Robert T. Ullman, Esquire, is of counsel to the firm, having been a shareholder for 36 years in the law firm of Forry Ullman, of which he was one of the founding members.  Mr. Ullman practices in the trial and appellate courts of Pennsylvania with a focus on family law matters, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, and support cases. 

Mr. Ullman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Albright College in 1975 and his Juris Doctor’s Degree from the University of Illinois – Chicago, in 1984.  From 1988 to 1995, Mr. Ullman served as an Assistant County Solicitor for Berks County, responsible for ligation, including federal litigation, for the Berks County Prison.  Prior that, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Berks County, where he successfully prosecuted many felony cases.

Mr. Ullman is a past chairman of the Family Law Section of the Berks County Bar Association.  Mr. Ullman is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Robert T.
